Merchant Settlement Agreement Announcement
1. The store application information must be authentic and provided by the applicant.
2. After approval, import products from the supplier's product pool into your store.
3. When the store receives an order, confirm the order and ship promptly.
4. Once the buyer confirms receipt of the goods, the order is completed, and the profit from the order will be deposited into your store wallet.
5. The payment for the order will be credited to your store wallet within 1-2 business days after the buyer confirms receipt.
6. After establishing the store, merchants should operate with integrity and ensure timely order processing.
7. Merchants should process orders within 24 hours. If special circumstances prevent this, please contact customer service in advance to explain the reason. The order must be processed within 7 days. Failure to do so may affect the store's reputation. Note: Repeated failure to process orders may result in store suspension.
8. New merchants can start their business with zero initial funds and no fees required.
